Orthotopic ureterocele in an adult causing obstructive symptomatology– case report

Ureterocele, a rare condition, is a saccular dilatation of the terminal portion of the ureter. Uretrocele may be asymptomatic or presented with a wide range of clinical signs and symptoms. In this case report we present a case of a single orthotopic ureterocele, which caused obstructive voiding symptoms in our patient, and its endoscopic management.
